-Regularly check-in with yourself, how are you feeling? Especially when reaching for sweets, for a movie or social media
-Journal. It’s a very effective way to gain clarity.
-Strive to express more than you suppress.

Eat, overeat, under-eat, watch movies, videos, mimes, posts, scrowl, overly check emails, over-work, stay “busy”, Party, drink

HOW TO EXPRESS EMOTIONS
scream (in pillow for example), punch your bed, shake or move/dance freely, use your voice (moan, chant, sigh), Cry

HOW TO SOOTHE EMOTIONS
self-touch, visualizations (see today’s podcast), shower/go in water, get a hug
